I've been fishing for about 20 years now and have to say this is one of the best reels I own. Everything is top quality, there is no cheap materials used in the construction of this reel, which lets me confidently use it in the most extreme scenarios knowing this reel will perform. If you are a serious fisherman sto screwing around with 4 or 5 fifty dollar reels which will eventualy give out.... such as happened to me, and just get a high quality piece of equipment. This reel is the ferrari of the reels!
